1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together these help the site work, remember your choices and (optionally) help us understand usage.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary: required to run the service — authentication and session cookies (via Supabase), your active-organisation preference, security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences: remember choices such as your cookie-consent decision (stored in your browser’s local storage).
• Analytics: we don't currently use analytics cookies. If we add them, we'll ask for your consent first and list them here.

3. Third-party cookies

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies, including PayFast during checkout and our mapping provider on the live map. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies, so there is nothing to opt in to. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it; we treat your consent choice in our banner as your preference.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
