Can I use PropAssist anywhere in the world?
Yes. Each organisation sets its own currency, so rent and finance are shown in your local money, and dates follow an international format. Data is hosted with row-level security isolating each organisation, and our data handling follows modern privacy-law principles.
What are “movable units”?
Relocatable rental assets — caravans, containers, site cabins, trailers and plant. When you deliver one, pin its location with your phone (or on the map) and it shows on your unit map. PropAssist reminds you when a pin is missing or out of date, flags a unit pinned outside its zone, and books relocations while reusing the same lease, rent and inspection tools as fixed units.
How does the AI Copilot stay safe?
Agents can read data and draft messages freely, but anything touching money, rent, leases or legal matters is a proposal only. It lands in your “Today” inbox for one-tap approval — the system never executes those actions on its own, and every action is audited. Each morning the agents also check for overdue rent, expiring documents and leases due for renewal, and queue what they find.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed in rand through PayFast, monthly or annually — paying annually lowers your monthly price. A subscription activates only once PayFast confirms the payment. Cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I start for free?
Yes — the Free plan supports up to 2 units with no card required. Upgrade when you grow; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Can tenants log in?
Yes. Tenants get their own portal to sign their lease, see invoices, tell you when they've paid, report maintenance and message your team. Access is role-based and scoped to your organisation.
